Cooking the paella(s) typically takes between 60-75 minutes depending on size or number of pan(s). Our chefs will arrive to the site of the party about two hours prior to your planned serving time.

Yes we do! Our on-site fee within our 20 mile range is $250 Outside of the 20 mile range the chef fee can range from $350 to $500 depending on distance and size of the party.
